The Brisbane Tongan Community has had an exceptional year and the clip below is a snippet of
the key events hosted by the committee earlier this year, the Kava Ceremony of Lave Iloa Ola
at the Brisbane Botanical Gardens and the Tonga Relief Charity Dinner at City Hall where we all
raised over $50,000AUD for the much needed Fakalikutonga Relief Fund to support the Government of Tonga
in its response to the Hunga-Tonga - Hunga-Ha'apai volcanic eruption of 15 January 2022.
